Workhouse Arts Center, 9518 Workhouse Way, Lorton
COURSE:
Out-and-back course mostly on pavement with some grass and gravel segments.
5K for High School (9th to 12th grades, running up is allowed)
4K for Middle School (5th to 8th grades)
SCHEDULE:
First race starts at 9:15 AM; subsequent races start on rolling
schedule with approximate times below.
8:30 AM Open for check-in & walk-through
9:00 AM Coaches' meeting
9:15 AM MS Boys
9:45 AM MS Girls
10:15 AM HS Boys
10:45 AM HS Girls
11:15 AM Awards
11:30 AM Community 5K fun run with chip timing and kids' fun run (not timed). Registration is handled separately, see information here: https://runsignup.com/Race/VA/Lorton/FHSInvitationalAndFunRun

Registration deadline is Monday, 10/7/24.
AWARDS: For each race, trophies to first place teams and medals to top 5 individuals.
FEES & PAYMENT:
Individuals: $20 per athlete.
Small program (8-15 athletes): $150
Medium (16-25): $250
Large (26-up): $350
